With their traditional backstrap belt, the weavers weave colorful cotton threads weft by weft and at the same time embroider crosses, stars and hearts. This technique is called "brocade technique" in Mexico. This pattern is the traditional pattern from San Juan Cancuc.
For a patch, the weavers need around 30 hours spread over several weeks.
- Hand wash - Do not bleach - Do not tumble dry - Hot iron - Do not dry clean Care instructions: Hand wash. Soak in lukewarm water. Use ecological detergent for delicates or wool. Dry hanging in the shade. Iron while damp.
